Glow Medical Peptides Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 16, 2026
By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing services,
submitting a health intake, or using any Glow Medical Peptides services,
you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Our Role
Glow Medical Peptides, LLC provides an online platform and
administrative services that connect eligible clients with independent
licensed medical providers and licensed pharmacies.
Glow Medical Peptides, LLC is not a medical practice, physician,
pharmacy, or dispensing facility. Glow does not diagnose medical
conditions, make treatment decisions, prescribe medications, compound
medications, or dispense prescriptions.
- Independent Medical Providers
All medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and
prescribing decisions are made exclusively by independent licensed
medical providers.
The provider evaluating you is responsible for determining whether
treatment is medically appropriate. A provider-client relationship
exists between you and your treating provider—not between you and Glow
Medical Peptides, LLC.
Glow does not control or override a provider’s medical judgment.
- Prescription Approval
Completing an intake, paying for services, requesting a medication,
or participating in a consultation does not guarantee that you will
receive a prescription.
All prescriptions are subject to:
Evaluation by an independent licensed medical provider Verification
of your identity and physical location Applicable federal and state laws
The provider’s independent medical judgment Pharmacy availability and
acceptance
Your provider may decline treatment, request laboratory testing or
additional information, recommend a different treatment, require an
in-person examination, or discontinue treatment when medically
appropriate.
- Telehealth Consent
Services may be provided through video, telephone, secure messaging,
electronic questionnaires, photographs, medical records, or other
permitted telehealth methods.
Telehealth has limitations and may not replace an in-person
examination. Your provider may determine that telehealth is not
appropriate for your needs.
You must provide complete and truthful information about your health,
medications, allergies, medical history, pregnancy or breastfeeding
status, and current physical location.
- Medications and Compounded Medications
Treatment may include an FDA-approved medication or a compounded
medication, depending on your provider’s independent judgment and
availability.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. This means the FDA does
not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality
before they are marketed.
Medication formulations, concentrations, ingredients, packaging,
instructions, and availability may vary. Always follow the directions
provided by your licensed provider and dispensing pharmacy.
Glow Medical Peptides does not manufacture, compound, dispense, or
directly ship prescription medications.
- Independent Pharmacies
Prescriptions may be sent to an independent licensed pharmacy for
review and fulfillment.
The dispensing pharmacy is responsible for:
Reviewing and accepting the prescription Compounding or dispensing
the medication Labeling and packaging Medication quality and storage
requirements Shipping and delivery Pharmacy counseling and
instructions
Pharmacy acceptance, medication availability, processing time, and
delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Medical Emergencies
Glow Medical Peptides does not provide emergency medical care or
continuous medical monitoring.
Do not use the website, email, text messaging, support portal, or
refill system for an emergency.
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department if you are
experiencing a medical emergency.
- Medication Safety
All medications can cause side effects, allergic reactions,
interactions, or other complications.
You agree to:
Use medication only as prescribed Follow all provider and pharmacy
instructions Never share, transfer, or resell medication Store
medication safely and away from children Report side effects or health
changes to your provider Seek emergency care for severe symptoms
Do not change your dosage or combine treatments without consulting
your provider.
- No Guaranteed Results
Individual results vary. Glow Medical Peptides does not
guarantee:
Approval for treatment Approval of a particular medication Weight
loss or a specific amount of weight loss Symptom improvement A
particular dosage or formulation Medication availability Treatment
duration Any specific medical outcome
Testimonials, reviews, photographs, and client experiences represent
individual results and do not guarantee that you will receive the same
results.
- Payments and Refunds
Prices and included services are displayed before checkout.
Fees for completed medical evaluations, administrative services
already provided, prescriptions submitted for fulfillment, customized or
compounded medications, dispensed medications, shipped orders, and
opened supplies are generally nonrefundable to the extent permitted by
law.
If your offer expressly states that payment is contingent upon
prescription approval and the provider determines that you are not
eligible before a prescription is issued, the refundable amount
identified during checkout will be returned to your original payment
method.
Refunds are otherwise subject to the policy displayed at checkout and
applicable law.
- Subscriptions and Cancellation
If you select a subscription, you authorize the disclosed recurring
charges until cancellation.
The price, billing frequency, and cancellation instructions will be
displayed before enrollment. You may cancel using the cancellation
method provided through your account or on the website.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges when completed before
the next billing date. It does not ordinarily refund a charge already
processed or cancel a prescription already submitted to a pharmacy.
- Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for:
Providing a complete and accurate delivery address Monitoring
shipment tracking Receiving temperature-sensitive packages promptly
Inspecting packages upon delivery Following medication storage
instructions
Do not use medication that appears damaged, tampered with,
mislabeled, contaminated, or improperly stored. Contact the dispensing
pharmacy and Glow support immediately.
- Website Information
Website content is provided for general educational and informational
purposes only. It is not a substitute for individualized medical advice,
diagnosis, or treatment.
Do not start, stop, or change medication based solely on website
content, advertisements, social media posts, testimonials, or
communications from non-clinical personnel.
- LegitScript Certification
Glow Medical Peptides may maintain LegitScript Healthcare Merchant
Certification for applicable activities.
LegitScript certification does not constitute approval of a
medication, medical claim, provider decision, or treatment outcome. It
does not replace applicable licensing requirements, medical judgment, or
pharmacy oversight.
- Privacy and Electronic Communications
Your information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and
any applicable Notice of Privacy Practices.
By using the platform, you consent to receive electronic records and
service-related communications, including appointment, payment,
prescription, refill, shipping, and safety notices.
Marketing consent is not required as a condition of purchase. You may
unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
- Limitation of Glow’s Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow Medical Peptides, LLC is
not responsible for the independent medical judgment, acts, or omissions
of licensed medical providers or independent pharmacies.
Glow is also not responsible for delays, shortages, carrier
disruptions, pharmacy processing times, inaccurate information supplied
by a client, misuse of medication, or events outside Glow’s reasonable
control.
Glow’s liability for its own non-clinical services is limited to the
fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms
eliminates liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be
waived.
- Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Provide false identity or medical information Obtain medication for
another person Share, sell, transfer, or resell medication Alter
prescriptions or medication labels Misuse the website or another
person’s account Use Glow’s branding without permission Engage in
fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact Glow and attempt
to resolve the dispute informally.
Any arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, governing-law
provision, or dispute procedure presented and accepted during enrollment
or checkout will apply to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights that
cannot legally be waived.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, partners, laws, or
business practices change. The updated version will be posted with a
revised effective date.
We will provide additional notice or obtain renewed consent when
required by law.

Glow Medical
Peptides Website Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 16, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Glow
Medical Peptides website, online platform, account features,
communications, and related services.
By using this website, creating an account, submitting information,
or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About Glow Medical Peptides
Glow Medical Peptides, LLC provides an online platform and
administrative services that help connect eligible clients with
independent licensed medical providers and licensed pharmacies.
Glow Medical Peptides, LLC is not a medical practice, physician,
pharmacy, or dispensing facility. Glow does not independently diagnose
medical conditions, prescribe medications, practice medicine, compound
medications, or dispense prescriptions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering
into an agreement to use this website.
Medical and prescription services are available only in jurisdictions
where the applicable provider and pharmacy are authorized to provide
those services. Availability may vary based on your physical
location.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when
creating an account, completing an intake, purchasing a service, or
communicating through the platform.
You may not:
- Create an account for another person without legal
authorization
- Impersonate another person
- Provide false identity, location, payment, or health
information
- Share your account or login information
- Use the platform to obtain medication for another person
- Use the Services for resale or any unlawful purpose
You are responsible for protecting your login information and for
activity conducted through your account.
4. Website Content Is Not
Medical Advice
Website content, advertisements, educational materials, videos,
articles, social media posts, testimonials, emails, and communications
from non-clinical staff are provided for general informational purposes
only.
This information is not medical advice and does not replace an
individualized evaluation by a licensed medical provider.
Do not start, stop, change, or combine medications based solely on
information provided through the website.
5. Independent Medical
Providers
Medical evaluations and treatment services are provided by
independent licensed medical professionals.
Each provider is solely responsible for:
- Evaluating your medical history
- Determining whether telehealth is appropriate
- Making diagnoses when applicable
- Recommending treatment
- Ordering necessary testing
- Approving or denying prescriptions
- Determining dosage and treatment duration
- Providing clinical follow-up and safety instructions
Glow does not control or override a provider’s medical judgment. A
provider-client relationship, if established, exists between you and
your treating provider—not between you and Glow Medical Peptides,
LLC.
6. Prescription Approval
Submitting an intake, requesting a medication, paying a fee, or
completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be
issued.
All prescriptions require evaluation and approval by an appropriately
licensed medical provider. Your provider may:
- Approve or deny treatment
- Request additional information
- Require laboratory testing
- Recommend a different medication
- Require an in-person examination
- Refer you to another healthcare professional
- Change or discontinue treatment
Glow cannot require a provider to prescribe a particular medication,
dosage, or formulation.
7. Telehealth Services
The platform may facilitate telehealth through video, telephone,
secure messaging, electronic questionnaires, photographs, records, or
other legally permitted methods.
Telehealth may have limitations because a provider cannot always
perform a physical examination. Your provider may determine that
in-person care, laboratory testing, imaging, emergency care, or
specialist evaluation is necessary.
You must accurately disclose your physical location during each
medical interaction.
8. Independent Pharmacies
When a provider issues a prescription, it may be transmitted to an
independent licensed pharmacy.
The dispensing pharmacy is responsible for reviewing, accepting,
compounding when applicable, dispensing, labeling, packaging,
counseling, and shipping the prescription.
Glow does not manufacture, compound, dispense, or directly ship
prescription medications. Medication availability, pharmacy acceptance,
processing times, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
9. Compounded Medications
Depending on your provider’s independent judgment, treatment may
include an FDA-approved medication or a compounded medication.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review
compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they
are marketed.
Formulations, concentrations, ingredients, instructions, packaging,
and availability may vary by prescription and pharmacy. Always follow
the instructions provided by your treating provider and dispensing
pharmacy.
10. Medical Emergencies
This website and its support services are not intended for
emergencies and do not provide continuous medical monitoring.
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department if you are
experiencing a medical emergency.
Do not use website forms, email, text messages, support chat, refill
requests, or portal messages for urgent or emergency care.
11. Payments
Prices and included services will be displayed before purchase. By
submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to
use the selected payment method.
You authorize Glow and its payment processors to charge the disclosed
amount, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and separately
authorized recurring charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, services are self-pay and are not
billed to insurance. Glow does not guarantee insurance, HSA, or FSA
reimbursement.
12. Refunds
Fees for services already completed or initiated are generally
nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law. This may include:
- Completed medical evaluations
- Administrative services already provided
- Prescriptions submitted to a pharmacy
- Customized or compounded medications
- Dispensed or shipped medications
- Opened medical supplies
If a specific offer states that payment is contingent upon
prescription approval and an independent provider determines that you
are ineligible before a prescription is issued, the refundable amount
disclosed at checkout will be returned to the original payment
method.
Nothing in this section limits refund or cancellation rights that
cannot legally be waived.
13. Subscriptions and
Automatic Renewal
If you enroll in a subscription, the price, billing frequency,
included services, and cancellation instructions will be disclosed
before enrollment.
By affirmatively enrolling, you authorize recurring charges until
cancellation.
You may cancel using the cancellation method available through your
account or displayed on the website. Cancellation prevents future
renewal charges when completed before the next billing date. It does not
ordinarily refund an existing charge or cancel a prescription already
submitted for fulfillment.
14. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for:
- Providing a complete delivery address
- Monitoring shipment tracking
- Receiving packages promptly
- Inspecting packages upon delivery
- Following medication storage instructions
Do not use a medication that appears damaged, tampered with,
contaminated, mislabeled, or improperly stored. Contact the dispensing
pharmacy and Glow support immediately.
15. No Guaranteed Results
Individual results vary. Glow does not guarantee:
- Eligibility for treatment
- Approval of a prescription
- Approval of a particular medication
- Weight loss or a specific amount of weight loss
- Symptom improvement
- A specific dosage or formulation
- Medication availability
- Any particular medical outcome
Testimonials, reviews, photographs, and client stories reflect
individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.
16. LegitScript Certification
Glow Medical Peptides may maintain LegitScript Healthcare Merchant
Certification for applicable activities.
Certification does not constitute approval or endorsement of a
particular medication, medical claim, provider decision, or treatment
outcome. It does not replace professional medical judgment or applicable
legal requirements.
17. Electronic Communications
By using the website, you consent to receiving electronic records and
service-related communications, including account, appointment, intake,
payment, prescription, refill, safety, and shipping notices.
Marketing emails and automated marketing text messages require the
consent presented when you enroll. Marketing consent is not a condition
of purchase. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any
time.
18. Privacy
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are
described in our Privacy Policy.
Clinical providers and pharmacies may have separate privacy practices
and may provide additional notices explaining how they handle protected
health information.
19. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to obtain prescriptions through false information
- Share, transfer, alter, or resell medication
- Access another person’s account
- Interfere with website security
- Introduce viruses or malicious software
- Copy or commercially exploit website content
- Harass providers, pharmacy personnel, staff, or other users
- Use Glow’s name or branding without permission
We may suspend or terminate access for suspected fraud, safety
concerns, abuse, nonpayment, unlawful activity, or violations of these
Terms.
20. Intellectual Property
The website and its content—including logos, text, graphics, videos,
photographs, designs, software, and branding—are owned by or licensed to
Glow Medical Peptides, LLC and protected by applicable
intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website only for personal, noncommercial purposes. No
ownership rights are transferred to you.
21. Third-Party Services
The website may include services or links provided by independent
providers, pharmacies, laboratories, payment processors, shipping
carriers, and technology companies.
Those third parties may have separate terms and privacy policies.
Glow is not responsible for the independent medical or pharmacy
decisions of those parties.
22. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow’s non-clinical website
and administrative services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Glow does not guarantee that the website will always be available,
uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
This disclaimer does not eliminate professional responsibilities or
consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow Medical Peptides, LLC is
not liable for the independent medical judgment, acts, or omissions of
licensed providers or independent pharmacies.
Glow is not responsible for medication shortages, pharmacy processing
times, carrier delays, incorrect information supplied by a client,
medication misuse, or circumstances outside Glow’s reasonable
control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow will not be liable for
indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
related to the use of its non-clinical website or administrative
services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for Glow’s own fraud,
willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or
limited.
24. Disputes and Governing Law
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact Glow and attempt
to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days.
These Terms are governed by California law, except where federal law
or mandatory consumer protections apply.
Any separately accepted arbitration agreement or class-action waiver
will apply according to its terms and to the extent permitted by
law.

law.
